Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") explains the conditions under which clients ("Clients", "you") may cancel bookings, request refunds, or reschedule appointments made through the Beauty Market Marketplace operated by B.M. Beauty Market LTD ("Beauty Market", "BM", "we", "us", or "our").

This Policy forms part of our Marketplace Terms of Service and is designed to ensure transparency between clients, professionals, and Beauty Market.

2. Role of Beauty Market

Beauty Market acts solely as a commercial agent for independent service providers, salons, and beauty professionals (the "Partners").

  • Beauty Market facilitates online booking, communication, and payment processing on behalf of Partners.
  • The contract for services is concluded directly between you and the Partner.
  • Beauty Market does not provide beauty services or products and is not liable for their performance or quality.

Refunds and cancellations are processed in accordance with each Partner's individual terms, as disclosed at the time of booking.

3. Booking Cancellations

3.1. Client Cancellations

You can cancel an appointment through your Beauty Market account or booking confirmation link.

Each Partner specifies their own cancellation window (e.g., 24 or 48 hours before the appointment).

  • Before the deadline: you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount (excluding any non-refundable service fees).
  • After the deadline: the Partner may retain up to 100% of the service cost.

Refund eligibility depends on the Partner's stated policy visible during checkout.
3.2. Partner Cancellations

If a Partner cancels a confirmed appointment:

  • You will receive a full refund, including any applicable service fees.
  • Beauty Market will assist you in rebooking with the same or another Partner (if available).

Repeated or unjustified cancellations by a Partner may result in their removal from the platform.

4. Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to reschedule an appointment:

  • You can do so through your account or booking confirmation link.
  • Requests must be made within the Partner's rescheduling window.
  • Rescheduling is subject to Partner availability and may not be guaranteed.

If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation terms in Section 3 apply.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a confirmed appointment without canceling in advance:

  • The Partner may charge a no-show fee of up to 100% of the service price.
  • Beauty Market is not responsible for refunding missed appointments.
  • Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary account restrictions.

6. Refund Process

All refunds are issued by Beauty Market (via certified payment processors) on behalf of the Partner using the same payment method used for the original booking.

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days and depend on your bank policy.
  • The exact time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • Beauty Market does not store or process full card details - all transactions are securely managed by certified payment processors (such as Hyp or other certified payment providers).
6.1. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain promotional offers, gift cards, or prepaid packages may be non-refundable, as indicated at purchase.
  • Beauty Market service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, except in cases of verified Partner error or cancellation.

7. Service Quality and Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a service received:

  1. First, contact the Partner directly to attempt resolution.
  2. If unresolved, contact support@beautymarket.co.il within 7 days of the appointment date.

Beauty Market may mediate between you and the Partner but is not legally responsible for the Partner's actions, delays, or outcomes.
In exceptional cases, Beauty Market may, at its discretion, issue a refund or credit voucher.

8. Technical Errors and Platform Failures

If a booking or payment was made in error due to a verified platform issue:

  • You will receive a full refund for the affected transaction.
  • Beauty Market will resolve technical issues as quickly as possible.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Beauty Market may offer partial or full refunds beyond normal policy in specific situations, such as:

  • confirmed system errors or duplicate charges;
  • verified health emergencies or force majeure events;
  • service disruption due to Partner misconduct.

All such cases are reviewed individually.

10. Force Majeure

Neither Beauty Market nor the Partner shall be liable for cancellations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Policy Updates

Beauty Market may modify this Policy from time to time.
All updates will be published at www.beautymarket.co.il/legal/refunds with a new effective date.
Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
