• Beauty Market – a marketplace where clients discover and book beauty services;
• Beauty Calendar – a business management platform that enables beauty professionals and salons to manage appointments, clients, marketing, and payments;
• Beauty Space – a workspace renting platform that allows professionals to book and rent workspaces.

Collectively, these platforms and related websites, applications, and digital tools are referred to in these Terms as the “Services”.

Your specific transactions — such as bookings, purchases, or workspace rentals — are governed by the Terms of Service applicable to each platform.

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Your use of the Services is also subject to:

• our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data;
• our Cookies Policy, which explains our use of cookies and similar technologies; and
• where applicable, our Terms of Service for the relevant platform (Beauty Market, Beauty Calendar, or Beauty Space).

Together, these documents form the complete legal framework governing your interaction with Beauty Market.

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use our Services.

If you are a minor, your use must be supervised and approved by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians permitting minors to use Beauty Market are fully responsible for their actions and any resulting obligations.

Some features of the Services require registration.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.

Each person may hold only one account, which is personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach at support@beautymarket.co.il.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

Unless otherwise stated, the Services are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use (except where explicitly intended for business accounts within the Beauty Calendar or Beauty Space platforms).

You may:

• browse the Services and view publicly available information;
• create and manage your account;
• use Beauty Market’s web and mobile apps for their intended purpose.

You must not:

• copy, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Services;
• reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Services’ code, features, or operation;
• bypass security or access controls;
• upload malware, spam, or illegal content;
• use automated scripts or bots that overload the Services;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Beauty Market may monitor usage for security, compliance, and operational integrity.
Any misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.

If you are a beauty professional, salon owner, or workspace host, you may access and use additional business functionalities (such as CRM tools, analytics, or workspace management) subject to the applicable platform Terms of Service (such as Beauty Calendar Terms or Beauty Space Terms).

You must ensure that any personal data you upload (e.g., client lists or schedules) complies with privacy and data protection laws.
You may not upload or process client data without a lawful basis (such as consent or contract).

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including design, text, software, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Beauty Market.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or any other rights beyond this license.

You must not:

• reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Services without written consent;
• use Beauty Market trademarks or branding without authorization;
• remove or alter copyright notices or legal disclaimers.

If the Services allow you to post or upload content (such as reviews, photos, service descriptions or comments):

• You are solely responsible for your submissions and their legality.
• You must not post content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, or unlawful.
• You grant Beauty Market a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
• We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Services may include links to third-party websites, offers, or services.
These links are provided for convenience only.
Beauty Market does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.
You access such sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies.

We strive to keep the Services available, secure, and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily restrict or disable parts of the Services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons without prior notice.
Beauty Market will not be liable for any unavailability or resulting loss.

Except as expressly stated in the applicable platform Terms of Service, the Services and their content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Beauty Market makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.

You are responsible for implementing adequate IT security, including antivirus and data protection measures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beauty Market and its affiliates are not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• loss of business, revenue, profits, or data;
• unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party systems.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Israeli law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• you breach these Terms;
• we suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity;
• you engage in conduct that harms other users or Beauty Market’s reputation; or
• continued access is prohibited by law or regulation.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.
Sections on intellectual property, liability, and governing law will survive termination.

The Services are operated from Israel and may not be accessible or legal in all jurisdictions.
We may restrict or disable access to certain content, features, or services in specific regions to comply with local laws or business requirements.
Users accessing the Services from outside Israel do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.

The parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through written communication within 30 days.
If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Israel, which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Where permitted by law, any claim must be filed within one (1) year from the cause of action; otherwise, it is time-barred.

Beauty Market may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published at www.beautymarket.co.il/legal/terms-of-use with a new effective date.
Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
