Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Beauty Market Marketplace, operated by B.M. Beauty Market LTD, a company registered in Israel under number 516797941, with its principal office in Ashdod, Israel (“Beauty Market”, “BM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Marketplace enables users (“Clients”, “you”) to discover, book, and purchase beauty and wellness services or products from independent professionals, salons, and vendors (collectively, “Partners”).

By making a booking, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Marketplace.

2. Our Role

Beauty Market provides an intermediary digital platform that connects Clients with independent Partners.
We facilitate bookings, communication, and payments between Clients and Partners, but we do not directly provide beauty services or sell products.

All services and products available through the Marketplace are offered by Partners, who act as independent contractors.
The service contract exists solely between you and the relevant Partner.

Beauty Market may act as the Partner’s commercial agent solely for the purpose of facilitating payment processing and issuing booking confirmations through certified third-party payment providers. Beauty Market does not process or hold payment funds directly.

3. Platform Access and Account

To book services or make purchases, you may need to create a Beauty Market account.
You agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and current information;
  • keep your credentials confidential and not share them with third parties;
  • be responsible for all actions under your account.


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false data, or are used for unlawful purposes.

4. Booking Services

4.1. Booking Process

When you make a booking:

  1. You select the desired service offered by the Partner and choose an available time slot.
  2. You confirm your booking and payment details.
  3. Beauty Market acts as the Partner’s commercial agent to process your payment and issue a Booking Confirmation.
  4. A direct contract is formed between you and the Partner.


4.2. Partner Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information (pricing, service descriptions, qualifications, availability);
  • ensuring their facilities, staff, and tools meet local health and safety standards;
  • delivering the service in accordance with the confirmed booking.


Beauty Market cannot guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of Partner Services.

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via certified payment providers (such as Hyp or similar certified payment providers).
Beauty Market does not store or access full payment card numbers or CVV codes.
Only a secure token (card fingerprint) is retained for transaction verification and refund purposes.

Once payment is completed through the platform, your financial obligation to the Partner is fulfilled.

5.2. Prices and Fees

  • Prices displayed on the Marketplace include applicable taxes and service fees, unless stated otherwise.
  • Partners may adjust pricing independently; Beauty Market is not responsible for pricing errors made by Partners.
  • Beauty Market may charge a service or booking fee, disclosed prior to checkout.


5.3. Pay In-Store

Some Partners may offer the option to pay directly at their location.
Such transactions occur outside Beauty Market’s payment system and are governed solely by the Partner’s terms.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy displayed on the Marketplace, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • Each Partner defines their own cancellation and no-show policy, visible before booking;
  • You may cancel or reschedule within the Partner’s permitted timeframe;
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed by Beauty Market (via certified payment providers) on behalf of the Partner.


Beauty Market may issue refunds directly only in cases of verified Partner error, technical failure, or platform malfunction.

7. Product Purchases

When you purchase products through the Marketplace:

  • The Partner is the seller of record and responsible for fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Beauty Market facilitates payment and order confirmation but does not sell or ship items directly.
  • Product returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and the Partner’s policy.

8. Rescheduling

Rescheduling of appointments is subject to Partner approval and availability.
Requests must be made through the Marketplace before the scheduled time and within the Partner’s rescheduling window.

9. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a confirmed booking without cancelling within the permitted timeframe, the Partner may charge up to 100% of the service price.
Repeated no-shows may result in temporary account suspension.

10. Conduct and Fair Use

You agree to:

  • treat Partners, staff, and Beauty Market employees with respect;
  • not misuse the platform, submit false reviews, or make fraudulent bookings;
  • not resell or transfer bookings to third parties.


We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that violate these principles.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

11.1. Platform Role

Beauty Market provides the Marketplace on an “as is” and “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for:

  • the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of Partner Services or products;
  • inaccuracies in Partner listings or third-party information;
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.


11.2. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our negligence, nor for any liability that cannot be excluded under Israeli law.

12. Reviews and Feedback

Clients may leave reviews or ratings after appointments.
All reviews must be factual, fair, and non-abusive.
Beauty Market may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

13. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We share only the information necessary to facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between Clients and Partners.
Payment data is processed exclusively by certified payment processors; Beauty Market never stores full card information.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Marketplace if:

  • you breach these Terms or our policies;
  • fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected;
  • required by law or regulatory authorities.


Termination does not affect pre-existing bookings or refunds under valid claims.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of Israel.
The parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith within 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Israel, which have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Where permitted by law, any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action.

16. Amendments

Beauty Market may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always be available at www.beautymarket.co.il/legal/terms-of-service with a new effective date.
Material updates will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
Continued use of the Marketplace after publication means you accept the revised Terms.
